Purpose of Processing: We collect and process this information solely to personalise and deliver the five daily emails, manage your subscription preferences, ensure proper email delivery, and respond to your enquiries.
Providing this information is voluntary, but a valid email address is required to receive the series. We do not collect sensitive personal information, coaching journal entries, or payment details for this free series.
3. Consent and Marketing Choice
Confirmation: We utilize a double opt-in / confirmation mechanism to confirm your subscription before sending the series.
Series Scope: The series consists of five daily emails providing reflections and practical frameworks, including optional information and invitations regarding the Unity-Centric Life Coaching Companion.
No Unrelated Marketing: Completing or subscribing to this series does not automatically subscribe you to general newsletters or unrelated promotional lists. Any additional communications require separate, explicit consent.
4. Service Providers and International Data Transfers (POPIA Section 72)
To deliver this email series, we use Systeme.io (operated by ITACWT Limited, Dublin, Ireland) as our cloud-based marketing and email automation processor (operator).
Hosting Infrastructure: Platform and subscriber records are hosted on secure Amazon Web Services (AWS EMEA SARL) cloud infrastructure in AWS regions located within Ireland / European Union (EU/EEA).
Security Measures: Systeme.io maintains technical and organizational measures, including encrypted data storage (at rest and in transit), role-based access restrictions, system monitoring, and regular backups.
Cross-Border Safeguards: In compliance with Section 72 of POPIA, your personal information is transferred to and processed in Ireland/EU under a formal, binding Data Processing Agreement (DPA) incorporating standard contractual data protection obligations and subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which provides an adequate and comparable level of personal data protection.
5. Email Measurement and Engagement Tracking
Emails sent through Systeme.io use standard email measurement technology (such as tracking pixels and tracked hyperlinks) to record delivery, email opens, and link clicks.
Purpose: This data is used to monitor technical delivery performance, verify engagement, and manage automated sequences.
Choices: Standard email clients allow you to disable automatic image loading if you prefer to restrict open tracking.
6. Retention, Unsubscribing, and Deletion
Unsubscribing: You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email or by emailing eric@transol.io.
Suppression Records: When you unsubscribe, your email address is added to an automated suppression list within Systeme.io to guarantee you do not receive further series emails.
Contact Deletion: If your contact record is deleted from our active account, it is moved to a temporary bin for 30 days before being permanently deleted from active systems.
Routine Backups: Data residing in encrypted system backups is purged in line with automated backup retention cycles and is not actively processed.

Erasure / Objection: Request the deletion of your personal information or object to processing.
